    Description

    Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Housing Supply Team Leader on a 3 months initial contract with the possibility of further extension.

    Line manage the independent living officers and community independent living officers undertaking relevant induction, appraisals, supervision, training and annual leave monitoring.

    Dealing with recruitment, supervisory meetings, performance, conduct, sickness, disciplinary and grievance and other issues relating to the client's employment procedure
    The planning and deployment of staff to ensure scheme services can be delivered.
    To assess and allocate referrals for community independent living officers
    To assist housing management in the delivery of viewings, sign up and formalizing of prospective tenancies.
    To monitor and deliver quarterly reports to meet kpi's (key performance indicators)
    Ensure the housing independent living service provide data to assist in void management, minimize turnover time and facilitate prompt hand back of vacant sheltered and general needs units
    Good basic standard of education, including GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics
    A good level of computer skills including use of Word, Excel, Power Point and Databases
    Experience of working within a supported housing environment and delivering intensive housing management
    Experience of developing initiatives to reduce isolation and promote health and well-being including disability forum
    Willingness to undertake further appropriate training
    Experience of carrying out risk assessments
    Experience of delivering key performance indicators
    Use of a car for work is desirable
