    Position Statement:

    As Manager, Digital Marketing & Channel Performance, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive revenue-focused initiatives in the commercial, digital, and customer-centric realms.

    To excel in this role, you'll need to utilize various business intelligence tools to glean market insights that can be shared across stakeholders and translated into actionable strategies that align with the business objectives. You'll also need to navigate complex global organizational structures and regional team dynamics while implementing multi-region initiatives.

    Position Summary:

    Responsibilities will include:

    Source Markets & Channel Performance

    • Conducting in-depth analysis of source market performance in the EMEA region to identify tactical opportunities.
    • Providing data-driven recommendations to enhance performance for the Marketing & Loyalty team.
    • Generating and maintaining reports on commercial, demand, and digital performance.
    • Analyzing product performance and collaborating with revenue & pricing functions for strategic campaigns.

    Retailing & Tactical Campaign Delivery

    • Optimizing retail channels on digital platforms and advising on campaign strategies.
    • Evaluating guest sentiment, competitor activity, and market landscape for tactical initiatives.
    • Managing the delivery of tactical campaigns, including briefs, creative aspects, and optimization.
    • Collaborating with internal and external partners to drive revenue-driven campaigns.

    What are we looking for?

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Experience in matrixed organizations, regional team dynamics, and multi-market operations.
    • Expertise in integrated marketing strategy and campaign delivery across various channels.
    • Ability to derive insights from data for planning purposes.
    • Strong communication skills at all management levels.
    • Project management capabilities with excellent prioritization skills.
    • Proactive and collaborative approach with a keen eye for opportunities.
    • Experience in managing agency relationships.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
    • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other insight tools.
    • Prior exposure to customer and media insight tools.
