    Description

    With Global investment from Volkswagen, Allianz and Renault, we bring the best and most trusted dealerships across the UK closer to their customers.

    We provide customers with the confidence they need to buy quality cars online in a completely remote experience.

    We have doubled the size of the team over the last year and we're building a culture that allows team members to feel challenged and empowered to make some serious changes.

    As a Sales Consultant, you're responsible for helping our customers buy cars from our "buy online" offering. You'll be part of an eCommerce Sales team, prospecting new customers and converting inbound eCommerce leads into sales.

    You will work closely with other members of the sales team, and will report directly into the eCommerce Sales Manager.

    The role is 5 days per week in our Holborn office.

    Customers :
    You'll be confidently and professionally engaging with customers, and hand holding them through the process of buying a car in a completely remote experience

    Sales:

    You'll be maximising every opportunity to sell to customers, via prospecting via phone and converting inbound leads into sales.

    You'll manage the end to end customer sales process, while looking for opportunities to up-sell value added products (e.g. insurance, warranty)

    Feedback:
    You'll be feeding back insight to the eCommerce Sales Manager, helping to shape our future eCommerce proposition

    Teamwork:
    Working as a team of Sales Consultants to achieve your sales targets and quality SLAs. Working with our Account Management team, you will help provide feedback about our dealer partners, and won't be afraid to ask for their help to provide a best in class sales experience for our customers
    Work with Customer Operations to make sure the customer is completely happy post sale, ensuring there's a smooth handover once the car is delivered
    You enjoy working to targets, and will relish the hustle of a busy sales environment

    Maintain close relationships with existing dealer partners during the sales process to ensure outstanding customer service, enhancing the speed and efficiency of car deliveries from customer to dealer.

    Experience:
    You have a proven track record in a sales environment. Automotive sales experience is a bonus but isn't a requirement
    You're a highly motivated individual who is enthusiastic about sales, and will always go the extra mile to close a sale

    Flexible:
    You're happy to help test new processes, while being open to feedback and new ways of doing things
    You have the vulnerability to know that you don't know everything, and the humility to ask for help from those around you


    Compensation:
    We offer a competitive salary + performance based bonus

    Holidays:
    We want you to relax, you'll have 28 days off (plus bank holidays) throughout the year. We also give you an extra day off to enjoy your birthday
