A yearly bonus of £2000 for Social Practitioners employed via Omega Recruitment Group.
The role involves helping the team manager in managing the team and maintaining expertise in all areas covered by the service remit. This includes contributing to policy development and promoting a culture of organizational learning and development in partnership working. Additionally, the role involves carrying a managed caseload of complex cases that require experienced and expert practitioner input. The position also entails offering advice, guidance, and consultation on casework practice to other team and service members as needed. Finally, the individual is expected to participate in team and other service management meetings when appropriate.
