    Finance Business Partner at Derby, Derbyshire

    Up to £53,000 + Hybrid Working (Two office days a week)

    Are you a Fully Qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA and searching for a new position with a stronger focus on the business side of finance? Are you interested in becoming the main contact for a whole division, while also leading change and process improvements?

    Do you have experience with project work and a strong interest in business partnering, within a company committed to providing essential services to communities across the UK. Cherry Professional is collaborating with a Derbyshire based company in the non-profit sector, seeking to hire a new Finance Business Partner . This company has an impressive annual turnover exceeding 200 million and operates nationwide.
    In this role, you will report to a Finance Manager known for being supportive and providing opportunities for growth and development.

    Position: Finance Business Partner
    Location: Derby, Derbyshire
    Salary: Up to £53,000
    Hybrid Working: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote with flexibility for family commitments

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Creating the annual budget
    • Developing the monthly rolling forecast
    • Offering strategic analysis to support decision-making
    • Collaborating with key stakeholders for financial discussions and process enhancements
    • Analyzing business performance metrics to drive efficiency
    • Mentoring junior staff members

    Requirements:

    • Fully qualified or nearing completion in ACCA/ACA/CIMA
    • Previous experience in business partnering
    • Proficient in accountancy systems and Excel
