    Job description:

    Service Coordinator – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), Remote


    We are on the lookout for a dynamic Service Coordinator to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for all service contract-related inquiries. Reporting directly to the Service Coordinator Team Leader, your primary duty will involve overseeing the entire service agreement renewal process, starting from quotation provision all the way to order processing and handover to internal planning teams. Your unwavering commitment will play a crucial role in ensuring that Getinge's high standards of quality and care are consistently maintained.


    Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Contract Renewals:
      • Prepare and dispatch contract renewals to clients three months before expiration
      • Engage in negotiations and collaborate with clients to finalize agreements
      • Effectively manage workload to minimize unresolved contracts without renewals in place
      • Promote additional services available to clients
      • Verify the accuracy of all documentation before proceeding
      • Handle key accounts
    • Provide quotations for extra work:
      • Collect information from relevant parties to ensure accurate quotations
      • Process orders upon reception, ensuring all departments are informed
    • Additionally:
      • Complete supplier questionnaires, which includes gathering QA information, bank details, insurance certificates, H&S information, method statements, and risk assessments
      • Contribute as a team member towards the department's strategy of recovering lost contracts and submitting tenders for new business opportunities
      • Generate reports reflecting current and projected business activities related to service agreements and lost contracts
      • Prioritize and manage a constantly evolving workload, ensuring timely responses to all client calls and inquiries
      • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless transitions, providing clients with a positive experience

    What you need:
    Essential qualifications in Maths and English at GCSE level C or equivalent
    Prior experience in Contracts or Procurement is advantageous
    Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, and data packages, with an aptitude for learning new CRM/ERP systems
    Previous SAP experience is desirable
    Detail-oriented, conscientious, honest, flexible, with a positive work ethic, customer-centric approach, and polite telephone etiquette
    This role is based remotely. Candidates are required to have a suitable workspace compliant with HSE regulations and a reliable internet connection to facilitate remote work.
