- Managing the administration surrounding employee relations casework, sending invites, outcome letters, disciplinary and investigation packs, etc.
- Organising meetings, booking venues and supporting with note taking
- Updating and maintaining employee folders, ensuring information is accurate and compliant with GDPR regulations
- Maintaining an accurate and current regional case log, providing reports to senior stakeholders
- Delivering all HR activity in a consistent manner, reflecting best practice and mitigating HR related risks promoting positive employee relations
- Ability to work under own initiative and independently
- Methodical approach, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Understanding of Equal Opportunities and Anti - Discriminatory Practice issues
- Understanding of HR legislation and processes
- Must have a full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Up to 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm

We are currently working with a leading national support services provider who are looking to appoint a HR Administrator on a permanent basis.
They are offering a £25,000 salary, and is based from their offices in Yeovil, with occasional travel to sites across the South-west.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a HR team, and providing support across the employee lifecycle.Duties will include:
