    An inclusive and supportive work environmentResponsibilities: As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a private clinic.

    Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth running of the clinic and provide exceptional patient experience.


    Key responsibilities include:
    Overseeing the clinic's administrative functions, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and billing
    Managing a team of healthcare professionals and support staff, providing guidance and support as needed
    Developing and implementing policies and procedures to optimise clinic operations
    Ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards
    Monitoring and evaluating clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes
    Managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance providers and suppliers
    Leading by example and promoting a positive and collaborative work culture within the clinicEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Proven experience in clinic management or a similar role
    Excellent organisational and leadership skills
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environmentDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Experience in private healthcare
    Familiarity with medical billing and coding processes

    Project management skillsTechnologies:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    Experience with clinic management software (e.g., electronic medical records systems)
