    Accountant Opportunity at Aon

    Are you an experienced Accountant looking to specialize in the pensions industry, working on a range of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes?

    If you are seeking to become a subject matter expert in a thriving pensions business and deliver excellent financial support to your portfolio of pension scheme clients, Aon has a vacancy for a Senior Accountant in their Birmingham office.

    What You'll Do:

    • Prepare Trustee Reports and Financial Documents for pension scheme clients accurately and in compliance with FRS102 and SORP.
    • Liaise with Aon specialist teams, client managers, and auditors.
    • Attend meetings to drive progress, resolve issues, and provide solutions for clients.
    • Collaborate with UK and offshore accounts teams for financial document preparation and audits.
    • Work with a wide range of pension clients, applying expertise to deliver exceptional service.
    • Build strong relationships across Aon's locations and with third-party providers.
