    Our client are a large matrix organisation at the start of a huge transformation journey and they are looking for a of qualified and experienced HR Advisor with experience and interest in change management/project work.

    This role is working with employees and managers across the organisation supporting through a huge change management project with duties including:

    Supporting on HR initiatives relating to organisational change including departmental restructures, process improvements and cultural transformationsnAssisting in carrying out impact assessmentsnCollaborating with project managers and strategic HR Business partners on change initiatives contributing to successful implementationnCoaching and guiding managers and best practise helping them to effectively navigate the changesnBuilding strong stakeholder relationshipsnAssisting in technology transformations and new systems implementations


    The organisation as a whole is really flexible, happy to consider candidates looking for full time or part time work and navigate other family or carer commitments.

    However, due to the volume of change coming its way, and the relationship first approach, they do need people who can commit to being onsite in Leeds 2-3 days per week.

    Initially these roles are 12-18 month contracts with the possibility to extend.


    For this roles you must be a minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualified and show a willingness to be adaptable and flexible to work across multiple divisions and different project areas with various completion deadlines at the same time.


    You will be a strong HR generalist with experience assisting in change management programmes whether that be restructures, process improvements, system implementations or cultural transformations and understand how to conduct impact assessments.
