    Head of Sales Specification - HVAC Industry



    Are you looking to join a rapidly growing business division with significant investment? Do you have a passion for transforming a business unit from a contender to a dominant force in the market? Are you interested in collaborating with a distinguished brand that prioritizes the development of its employees?

    We are collaborating with one of our partners to recruit a Head of Sales Specification, an essential role within the company.

    In this position, you will operate within a dynamic segment of the company, spearheading initiatives within the New Build/ Residential developer sector. Your responsibilities will include direct sales to M&E consultants, contractors, and developers, influencing key stakeholders at all levels of the supply chain.

    This role has the potential to be a significant milestone for the right individual, with substantial investments planned for the business unit in the coming years.

    You will have the opportunity to work alongside a major player in the HVAC market, renowned for their leadership in the social housing sector.

    Your role will involve leading and mentoring a team of Sales Agents and Account Managers across the southern region (Midlands, London, Southeast, Southwest, Wales).

    Additionally, you will engage with the field team, participating in customer visits to gain insights into customer requirements, develop customer-centric solutions, and aid in securing and nurturing key business prospects.

    You will assist your team in formulating and implementing sales strategies for their respective regions, focusing on both new business development and maximizing revenues from existing partnerships.

    Your responsibilities will encompass building and nurturing a high-performing department, including aspects such as recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and personal development plans.

    The package includes a company car, Health Cash Plan, and Life Assurance, along with 22 days of holiday per year (increasing to 24 after the first year, with the option to purchase up to 4 additional days annually and sell back 2 days).
