    Impression Recruitment are searching for an Construction Administrator to join our reputable client based in Wetherby. Priding themselves on the quality of their work, our client is experiencing an exciting period of growth and requires a motivated individual to join the team to help further implement the growth strategy. They are open-minded on experience, so if you're a bright individual with great attention to detail and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment then you will be considered, and more experienced Administrator's are very much encouraged to apply. Your duties as Construction Administrator:
    • Providing administrative support including but not limited to: typing, scanning, copying, filing, minute taking, booking events, letters etc.
    • Assisting senior members of staff in completing weekly reports and creating important documentation.
    • Reporting on health & safety using data that has been collected.
    • Preparing PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events.
    • Creating and updating spreadsheets for reporting use.
    • Liaising with the internal accounts department to collate and authorise invoices.
    • Reporting on updates with regards to utilities.
    • Submission of data to external stakeholders on a monthly basis.
    Skills / Qualities required:
    • Knowledge of housebuilding / construction industry desirable.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload.
    • Great attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
    As the successful Construction Administrator you will receive a salary of up to £27,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday, with the option of working one a day week from home once your training period is complete.
