This Product Manager will lead thedevelopment and launch of products that solve customer needs and drivebusiness growth.

    This Product Manager will create a collaborative processto capture feedback, research, and data to define their product vision,strategy, and roadmap.

    You will prioritise product features and ensuresuccessful product launches.

    Your goal is to understand the market,identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions that exceedcustomer expectations and meet business objectives whilst managing theproduct lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.


    As Product Manager,you will be:

    • Developing and managing the roadmap and supporting theproduct vision and strategy. To align with company goals, harness thecollective knowledge of all stakeholders. – Owning the capture andanalysis of all relevant data. To provide an insight to validaterequirements and detail user stories. – Leading and supporting thebusiness to deliver the product. To define and articulate user journeys,detail requirements, features and product readiness. – Leading andsupporting the business to sell the product. To define and articulateproduct positioning and messaging to enable revenue generating enablementand sales support. – Defining and embedding an E2E product process.
    Including ways of working and cadence from heart of the business,intersecting between Sales, Customers and Technology. Bringing together astructure and calmness to represent the needs of the customers.


    ThisProduct Manager will:

    • Have B2B SaaS product management experience, ideallywithin HR Tech or with HR SME experience
    • Have a track record indatadriven product management. Demonstrating a product that you havecreated, planned, launched, and iterated into the market. – Haveexperience of creating an E2E product management process from scratch. Thisshould include developing a product roadmap, goals, and metrics for success– Have experience of creating user stories and user journeys. –Demonstrate 'start up' mindset. Experience of 'what goodproduct management' looks like. With the ability to adapt and evolvethese principles for their stage of maturity and growth. – Enjoyfinding, designing, and deploying technical solutions – Haveexcellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonalskills – comfortable with customers and internal stakeholders.– Have great project management skills and high attention to detail– someone who is great at keeping projects and all those involved ontrack – Be super organised – able to prioritise and managemultiple initiatives, whilst keeping everyone updated and managing upwards.

    You arenaturally proactive, have a positive attitude to change; have a continuousimprovement mindset, are flexible, always happy to go beyond your brief;enjoy working at pace and comfortable with ambiguity.
