    Location:Nottingham

    The Role of TelesalesExecutive

    • This is anoffice based telesales role work as part of a dynamic sociableteam.
    • Office hours are8am5pm
    • You will be responsible for speaking toclients over the phone building relationships and identifying newbusiness opportunities.
    • This role is a mixtureof business development outbound calls as well as handling incomingenquires.
    • You will be tasked with making callsfrom the companys CRM system approaching small to medium sizedcustomers selling commercial waste servicecontracts.
    • This is an entry / early career rolewhere the Telesales Sales Executive will benefit from fulltraining
    • As Telesales Sales Executive you willmake out bound calls to SME (small and medium sized businesses)uncovering customer needs and selling the features andbenefits
    • You will use your relationshipbuilding skills to development relationships with decision makerswho are typically business owners /managers.
    • You will be provided customer detailsvia a CRM which will will use to help organise you and updateaccordingly.

    TheRequirements of the Telesales SalesExecutive

    • Telephonesales experience is advantageous
    • Our clientwill also consider customer service backgrounds retail hospitalityautomotive sales or B2C (customer engagementbackgrounds).
    • You must have an excellenttelephone manner.
