    What you'll do

    The Regulatory Affairs team is responsible for managing the regulatory environment as it applies to Vodafone UK's business. The team represents the interface between Vodafone and external regulators (e.g. Ofcom, PSA, DMU) and is responsible for both representing Vodafone and influencing the regulators to meet Vodafone's objectives.

    Of equal importance the team ensures that Vodafone UK internally understands its regulatory responsibilities and operates in a manner in accordance with its obligations under the General Conditions. Internal stakeholder management at all levels within Vodafone UK is a key part of the team's function.

    A particular focus of this role will be to manage the information and intelligence that is provided by Vodafone to external regulatory bodies, whilst highlighting any discrepancies from our wider polices positions. The Regulatory Analyst role will be the data and information specialist within the team supporting a range of activities, consultation responses, requests from Ofcom and to manage PSA compliance and data audits.

    • Manage external information requests
    • Engage with all areas of Vodafone to ensure the correct information is provided
    • Support team with information and data required for consultations and project work
    • Collaborate with wider team on projects and other information requests
    • Manage Premium Rates Services customer due diligence

    Who you are

    • Regulatory and business understanding
    • Project management
    • High level of numeracy
    • Ability to work unsupervised
    • Self-motivated and clear communicator with the ability to get to the heart of complicated issues with speed
    • Degree level educated or equivalent
    • Business and regulatory awareness
    • Microsoft Excel competency
    • Knowledge of or willingness to learn Python/SQL desirable
