    Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Search)

    Sosandar is one of the fastest growing fashion brands in the UK right now, creating quality, trend-lead products for women.

    We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with a specialized focus on Paid Search. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid search campaigns that drive growth and maximize ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of PPC platforms, analytics, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape.

    What you'll be doing:

    Campaign Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies to meet business objectives.
    • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research and selection to maximize reach and relevance.
    • Create compelling ad copy and ensure it aligns with brand messaging and objectives.

    Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

    • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Perform A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies and tactics.

    Budget Management:

    • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
    • Forecast and report on budget expenditure and ensure campaigns remain within allocated budgets.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure paid search efforts are integrated with overall marketing strategies.
    • Liaise with other departments, such as sales and product, to align on goals and performance.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and improvements.

    Market and Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and development in the paid search landscape.

    Tools and Technology:

    • Utilize various tools and platforms for campaign management and performance analysis, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEMrush, Moz, and others.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry tools and trends to ensure best practices.

    What we're looking for:

    • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search.
    • Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns.
    • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
    • Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics,
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
    • Certification in Google Ads and other relevant qualifications is a plus.
