    Algolia is the world's only comprehensive search and discovery company, serving multiple verticals (eCommerce, SaaS, Media).

    We strongly believe that a strong and performant merchandising strategy should be a combination of human and machine learning.

    Thus, our solution offers access to all modern merchandising capabilities (AI models, rules-engine, analytics, and more) in a unified user-friendly interface, allowing Business users to optimize the performances of their eCommerce store and personalize the shopper journey.

    We have ambitious goals ahead of us, including building several new products on top of Algolia existing APIs and capabilities.

    We will become the "orchestrator" of eCommerce to unify all the digital merchandising interfaces and capabilities used by digital merchandising teams in the Composable Commerce space.

    The Digital Merchandising group mission is to empower eCommerce companies to optimize their business metrics by personalizing and curating search and discovery experiences mapped to the shopper journey.

    As Senior Product Manager for the Merchandising team:

    Own, define, and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap of the Digital Merchandising team with all key stakeholders and leadership.

    Collaborate with key eCommerce clients to shape the future of the digital merchandising space.

    Mocking up concepts, writing functional specs, cutting tickets, writing copy, and doing whatever it takes to express your ideas.

    Build and nurture an agile and innovative product culture within the team, founded on the importance of continuous and rapid prototyping and learning.

    Demonstrated success in shipping and iterating on products within an agile software development environment
    ~ An ability to work with engineering, design, product marketing, GTM sales, and customer support to help launch new products and support existing ones.
    ~ Experience writing code - for fun, college, or work - is a plus. Preference for candidates with experience at our current stage and beyond (over 10,000 customers, $200-500M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure).
