    Business to Business Sales Executive

    Salary:
    €26,000 On-Target Earnings up to 45K

We are in search of a skilled B2B Sales Executive to join us in our Glasgow office and contribute to expanding our clientele

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Identify and reach out to potential business clients through thorough research and networking
    - Cultivate and nurture strong partnerships with clients to grasp their requirements and provide customized solutions
    - Showcase and advocate for our products/services to potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations
    - Engage in negotiations, finalize contracts, and surpass sales targets
    - Keep precise records of sales activities and client engagements in the CRM system
    - Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective strategies and enhance overall performance

    Requirements:
    - Demonstrated experience in a sales position, with a preference for B2B sales background
    - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
    - Proficiency in establishing and sustaining client relations
    - Driven by goals with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    - Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
    - Superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
