    Non-Executive Director and Associate Non-Executive Director
    Remuneration: £13,000 per annum for a time commitment of 3-5 days per month

    In the current era of notable transformations and trials within the healthcare sector, we are on the lookout for a Non-Executive Director and an Associate Non-Executive Director who embody our values and can motivate our Board towards patient-centric decisions. Ideal candidates will champion the well-being of our staff and service beneficiaries, uphold the utmost standards of honesty and corporate governance, and provide valuable independent input.

    For the Non-Executive Director role, we are interested in hearing from individuals with robust financial backgrounds spanning public, private, or third sectors; leaders capable of analyzing intricate performance data and furnishing constructive perspectives. As for the Associate Non-Executive Director position, we are hoping to recruit a clinical leader who can enhance our quality assurance and betterment objectives. Both positions call for strategic, tactful leaders with prior Board-level experience in intricate, person-focused environments. If you possess impeccable personal integrity and grasp the responsibilities tied to a Unitary Board, coupled with a profound appreciation for the NHS's contributions to community welfare, we want to hear from you.
