    Mandarin-Speaking IT Desk Support Position in London, UK

    Pay rate: £16-£17 per hour, Ongoing Temp Contract

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive IT support to local and regional users, logging incidents and managing problems via an ITIL service ticketing system.
    • Troubleshoot various IT issues including hardware, software, apps, remote access (VPN), accounts and passwords, voice and video conferencing, security, and network connectivity.
    • Deliver IT orientation for new employees and conduct regular user training sessions to enhance productivity.
    • Develop and maintain IT infrastructure such as networks, telecommunication systems, end-user computing, and printers.
    • Manage regional IT assets and act as a project manager for IT projects.
    • Collaborate with teams to plan and implement regional IT projects and support local business growth through effective IT tools.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of IT experience.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.

    Technical Skills:

    • Computer troubleshooting including Windows 7 and macOS.
    • Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP.
    • Experience with Windows Server, Cisco telephone systems, virtual servers, and network management.
