    General Manager - Hospitality - London - Up to £55,000 + Bonus About the company We are looking for a strong General Manager to join an incredible fast paced restaurant in London This role is a senior management position with great potential to progress and strengthen your career within a rapidly growing business. You will support the Operations Manager on the daily running of the site and you will have a true passion and energy for delivering excellent guest experiences. This business is an amazing concept with a lively, welcoming atmosphere and it's going from strength to strength... If you have hospitality experience and a real desire to progress, then this could be the job for you General Manager - Requirements

    • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY
    • Able to assist the Operations Manager and motivate a team
    • Previous hospitality management experience
    • Communicate effectively at all levels
    • Planning and organising skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and standards
    • Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach to your work
    • Excellent commercial skills
    • Excellent customer care skills

    General Manager - Responsibilities

    • Previous experience as a General Manager from a premium and very busy restaurant
    • Warm and welcoming persona, along with a hands-on approach to work and impeccable attention to detail
    • Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team
    • Passion for hospitality and a good knowledge of food and beverage
    • Eagerness to learn and develop your career within an award-winning restaurant group.
