    Site Manager for 15-Houses Project in LeedsAre you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? My client is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a prestigious 15-house development project in the picturesque town of Leeds

    About the Role:

    As the Site Manager, you will be at the helm of their Hebden Bridge project, ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating with subcontractors, managing on-site safety, and maintaining project timelines.

    Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality homes that meet their exacting standards.


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all on-site operations and activities.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
    • Monitor project progress and maintain schedules.
    • Manage site documentation and reporting.
    • Resolve any issues that arise during construction.

    • CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid qualification.
