    Description
    Job Description Zachary Daniels are partnering with a Luxury Retail Buisness looking for a new and dynamic IT Manager. This role requires someone with Retail based background in IT, working in Fashion, Accessories or Food Retail.

    The IT manager will play a pivotal role in this as processes, software and hardware will need to be updated, maintained and developed to help support this growth.

    Innovation and motivation are what will make this new IT Manager and their team shine.

    This role is a London office based role 5 days a week- but will require monthly site visits across UK & Ireland to stores etc

    Reporting directly into the Managing Director and with a team of 5 the IT Manager will with accountable for the following and more:

    Manage the team for Infrastructure & Operation, Application Services, Retail Services, Digitalisation and Business Intelligence

    Hold regular meetings with the IT staff to review strategic goals and initiatives promote team building and work to provide growth paths for staff.

    Communicate with the IT employees the job expectations; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.
    Digital technological research by studying organisation goals, strategies, practices and user projects.
    identify and resolve problems related to network infrastructure, hardware components, operating systems.
    Keep local IT documentation updated (IT inventories, charts, contracts, user manual, etc)
    Keep projects roadmap updated and discuss project priorities with management.
    Implement disaster recovery and back-up procedures, information security and control structures.
    Applies clear/consistent performance standards, handles performance problems decisively and objectively, provides guidance and assistance to improve performance
    Ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple levels of staff.
