    Description


    Team Administrator & Coordinator / Work Planner & Scheduler with strong communication, organisational and administrative skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines within a busy environment is required for a fast growing and innovative Engineering and Fabrication company based in Rochester, Kent.

    As a successful candidate you must have previous experience coordinating, booking / scheduling and planning work schedules.

    Ideally this experience will be gained from working within an Engineering / Maintenance / Facilities / Construction or similar industry.


    SALARY:
    £25,000 - £30,000 per annum


    LOCATION:
    Rochester, Kent (100% Office Based)

    As a successful candidate you will join the company's existing Administration and Work Planning Team who support Project Supervisors and clients with the coordination of the Engineering Team.

    As the Team Administrator & Coordinator / Work Planner & Scheduler you will support commercial clients with maintenance and reactive repairs across a radius, ensuring work orders are scheduled and allocated to operatives through the booking system.

    DUTIESYour role as an Team Administrator & Coordinator / Work Planner & Scheduler will include:

    Booking all repairs / appointments before arranging appropriate resourcePlanning and scheduling works for operatives as well as daily emergency and reactive workLiaising with engineers, subcontractors, customers to ensure that they have all relevant information to carry out repairsData input / raising works on JoblogicPreparing and maintaining operational reports, sending these out to clients to meet deadlinesChecking all portals throughout the day, ensure jobs are not missed and keeping to SLAsUpdating Engineers appointment calendar – liaise any discrepancies to HRHandling all engineers' timesheets, first line before payroll.

    Ensuring they are processed within deadlines and have correct informationDealing with enquiriesLetter formatting to prompt urgency or works in need of schedulingCommunicating effectively with management and colleagues to aid smooth running between office and engineersMeeting KPIsFollowing GDPR Guidelines and protecting personal dataAnswering inbound and outbound calls and dealing with enquiriesCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in a similar role and within a similar industry such as Engineering / Maintenance / Facilities / Construction etc., where you are liaising with Engineers / Trades People and scheduling their daily jobsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlinesConfidence with working in a team or aloneHOW TO APPLYTo be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
