    JOB TITLE – Senior Revenue Executive
    DEPARTMENT – Sales and Revenue
    RATE OF PAY – Competitive - including fantastic benefits
    CONTRACT TYPE – Full Time – Permanent
    HOURS OF WORK – 37.5 hours per week

    OVERVIEW
    Are you a real number cruncher? Love the challenge of interpreting data and statistics? Do you always win at a game of Monopoly then this is the role for you Due to the current growth of the business we are planning for the future and recruiting new team members to join our expanding team.

    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ...
    We are looking for an awesome individual with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular advanced Excel skills as well as Opera (PMS).You will have strong sense of need for achievement of goals and success with amazing analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunching
    You might not have experience of Hotels business development systems but if you a logical thinker and enjoy working with data to identify trending patterns then this role could be just for you.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO ...
    You will be part of our fantastic revenue team, the team who are all about making the most of everything we have to sell, selling as much as we possibly can at the highest possible rates. You will assist with the performance of the department ensuring we are maximising our potential through various websites and booking agents we use. You will provide insightful reports and make Yield recommendations to increase revenue.

    The Celtic Collection is a prestigious portfolio of unique hotels and event venues at the gateway to South Wales developed from the success of the Celtic Manor Resort, a flagship business and leisure destination that has been voted the Best UK Hotel for nine of the last 10 years at the Meetings & Incentive Travel Awards.
    Host venue of the 2014 NATO Summit and the 2010 Ryder Cup, the Celtic Manor Resort is one of Europe's finest destinations for luxury escapes, family breaks, special occasions, golfing getaways and business events. The resort offers three championship golf courses, luxury spas, exceptional conference facilities and team-building and family activities including archery, adventure golf, laser clays and treetop ropes courses.
    As well as the five-star Resort Hotel, the Collection also includes the historic Manor House, the stylish Coldra Court Hotel, 10 luxury self-catering Hunter Lodges, and the essential convenience of Tŷ Hotel Magor. The 170-bedroom Parkgate Hotel was opened in the city centre of Cardiff in Autumn 2021 in partnership with the Welsh Rugby Union, and a second Tŷ Hotel opened its doors at Milford Waterfront in the Spring of 2022 in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven.
    In September 2019, The Celtic Collection launched the new International Convention Centre Wales (ICC Wales) in a joint venture partnership with Welsh Government.
