    Job Title: Recruiter at Assystem Energy & Infrastructure



    Assystem Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a Recruiter to join our expanding HR team on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of vacancies, working closely with hiring managers and ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.



    Responsibilities will include:

    • Conducting role briefing meetings with hiring managers
    • Identifying and screening suitable candidates
    • Coordinating interviews and managing the offer process
    • Ensuring accurate recording of vacancy and candidate details in the ATS system


    Qualifications:



    Profile:



    We are looking for a recruiter with a solid understanding of the recruitment cycle, including role briefs, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at multitasking without compromising accuracy. Previous experience in recruiting for engineering and infrastructure roles is preferred, particularly in sectors such as Power Generation, Transportation infrastructure, Engineering, Utilities, or Construction/Facilities.
