Description
Are you looking for a role in IT Tech to have a diverse day to day with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills? Are you looking for a company that works with the Microsoft stack and strives to up-skill and career develop their IT team? Our North London based client is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to grow and succeed within their company.
You will be engaging with users and helping them to resolve their tech issues. Have a good understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office 365Have an understanding of centralised distribution using Microsoft Intune and SCCM
Offer exceptional customer service and act as technical expert
Understand how and when you need to escalate issues to the senior infrastructure support team.
For a competitive salary of £28,000 p.a., you will be developing your skills both on the Help Desk and in infrastructure to give you a wide range of career specialisation options going forward.
