    Part-Time HR Advisor (3 days)Loughton, Essex£36,000-£38,000 (FTE)HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR professional for a part-time HR Advisor role (3 days per week) to join our SME based in Loughton, Essex.

    Reporting into the HR Manager you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of responsibilities.

    Role ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance in recruitment processes from managing the recruitment inbox, liaising with recruitment agencies, advertising, candidate sourcing and assessments, and conducting 1st stage interviews.

    Assist the Head of People & Talent in forming and maintaining links with universities and local schools for the purpose of graduate and apprentice recruitment.

    Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, providing advice to staff and managers where required. Independently handling employee relations cases and resolving HR issues, escalating to the Head of People & Talent when required.
    Conduct exit interviews with leavers. Support the Head of People & Talent with the annual performance review/salary review programme. Ensuring meticulous monthly payroll and benefits reporting is sent to the internal finance team in a timely manner. Coordinate the staff induction process and ensure the probation process is managed effectively. Covering for the HR Administrator in their absence.

    Person SpecificationAt least 2 years' experience in a HR Officer/Advisory role Good knowledge of employment legislation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Thorough understanding of HR best practice.

    Proficiency in using HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
    Can-do attitudeThis role would suit an experienced HR Officer or HR Advisor. The salary is £36,000-£38,000 (FTE). Pro rated the salary is £21,600-£22,800.
