In my position here I assisted vulnerable young people in their education. I took care of the children’s experience in school and handled their needs. I helped children with a wide variety of mental and physical health issues. Complied with COVID-19 policies and procedures  ensuring children's safety.

CEX Shop Assistant – Oct 2021 to May 2022

In this role I had to quickly build relationships with customers listening to a variety of requests. I anticipated  the customers, needs and provided them with the most suitable device to ensure customer satisfaction. Meticulously handled POS system transactions including credit, cash, exchanges, returns and refunds to ensure seamless and accurate cash flow. 

Marketing & Engagement Intern The Act Now Initiative – Oct 2022 to Dec 2022

I curated content across two social channels, ensuring a cohesive online brand identity. I pitched undeveloped different ideas to be produced across all social media platforms. Additionally, I wrote copy for social posts with grammatical accuracy. 

Neal Yards Remedies Customer Adviser  – Dec 2022 to Jan 2023

In my time at NYR I opened and closed the store independently, following all procedures and making sure the store was following hygiene standards. As a part of my role I had to schedule and manage appointments for multiple therapists,  ensuring they had all the products they needed. Additionally over christmas I managed a large number of customers alone making sure that all deliveries were arriving and were stock control. 

Arty Farty Retreat Freelance Art Tutor – April to August 2023

As a tutor I assisted and taught a variety of people with a large range of skills and abilities. I am highly organised as I  hold multiple clients on a 1 to 1 basis alongside workshops on the same day. I have to consider every client's individual needs and tailor every session to them. Successfully navigating difficult topics and concepts within a framework of understanding their goals

BA Honours Degree in Digital Film and Screen Arts

Topics covered were film, photography and art. We were also taught how to create a range of materials to promote and market the variety of projects we worked on. We learned how to run and work in groups for a production; learning how to use a range of technical equipment.  I worked on various different projects focusing on my roles of director, cinematographer and producer. I learned how to organise large teams of people and execute a creative vision. I really enjoyed doing the research behind and creating my documentary film. I’m proud of my ability to collect and organise information into a creative and palatable format.
