  • Plan, research, estimate, write, publish, and maintain high-quality content for developer audience and end users
  • Ensure documents prepared by subordinates meet editorial and customer specifications and adhere to writing 
  • Liaison with subject matter experts, technical leads, and other stakeholders to obtain understanding of the documentation requirements
  • Manage and version control complex technical documents and training manuals

Masters in Computer Applications and I have over 16 years of experience in Technical Writing and Instructional Designing.
