    Description

    Building Manager

    We're seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to ensure the smooth operation of a 150,000 Building in The City. If you excel in budget control, compliance, and team leadership, this role is for you

    Key Responsibilities:

    • manage, and monitor service charge budgets in collaboration with the Senior Facilities Manager.
    • and deliver comprehensive management reports.
    • health and safety audits, fire drills, and maintain updated emergency plans.
    • insurance compliance, manage risks, and review the Crisis Management plan annually.
    • in compiling external contracts and maintain comprehensive management records.
    • high standards of maintenance for both interior and exterior, and develop excellent relationships with occupiers.
    • and train on-site personnel, conduct performance reviews, and set SMART objectives.
    • high standards of maintenance for the building.

    Person Specification/Requirements:

    • background in facilities management, including team and contractor management.
    • technical knowledge and understanding of health and safety legislation.

    • qualification required; BIFM qualification desirable.
