    About the Job:

    Senior Service Desk Engineer Position - Hybrid Working in London

    The Opportunity: Join a dynamic financial services company as a senior service desk engineer. You'll play a key role in providing day-to-day IT support and taking on significant projects as the business transitions its IT operations in-house.

    Responsibilities:

    • Offering 3rd/4th line IT support
    • Working in alignment with the ITIL framework
    • Participating in project initiatives
    • Assisting with onboarding processes for devices and new employees
    • Providing training and guidance to junior staff members
    • Delivering top-tier customer service


    Requirements for the Role:

    • Prior experience as a senior IT support engineer
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server Technologies, Exchange Online, Active Directory, and Azure AD
    • Skills in networking and server management
    • Experience in BAU support and handling escalations
    • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks
    • Background in project management or migrations


    Desirable Skills (not mandatory):

    • Previous exposure to MSP or IT consultancy environments
    • Experience in the financial sector
    • ITIL certification
    • Microsoft Certified
