    Description

    We are so excited to share that Cheval Phoenix House will be reopening its doors this summer, with a brand-new look. At Cheval Collection, we are constantly investing in our portfolio and over the past 15 months we have been working hard on a full refurbishment of the Residence.

    Effective from June 2024, we are looking for motivated hospitality professionals to join our Front of Office pre-opening team who are dedicated to reopening an exceptional residence.

    At Cheval we do things slightly differently and the Receptionist role is integral in the running of the Front of House operations. The role requires an experience receptionist who enjoys multiskilling and is prepared to deal with all aspects of Front of House from the guest arrival right through to their departure.

    As a Receptionist, you will be in a role that offers great variety and opportunity to provide service excellence. As well as the day-to-day receptionist duties you will be assisting the guests with their luggage, showing them their apartment and taking every opportunity to make our guests' stay is an exceptional one.
