    Job Title: Associate Building Surveyor Team Leader at Monaghans


    Monaghans offers dynamic multi-disciplinary building consultancy services, providing quality professional expertise and advice to clients across various business sectors in the UK and Europe.


    An exciting opportunity is available for an Associate Building Surveyor team leader to join the London office of Monaghans. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing and new projects in the Commercial, Residential, and Retail sectors across the UK.

    Successful candidates should have a proven track record in team management and business development. Professional services experience in delivering a diverse range of instructions, coupled with excellent communication skills with internal staff and client organizations, is crucial. Strong people management and leadership skills are essential.


    Applicants should ideally hold a degree and be MRICS or CIOB qualified, with IMaPS or other design risk management qualifications. As a team leader in the Built Asset Consultancy Team, you will have the opportunity to join a growing business with exciting future plans, where success leads to progression and rewards.
