    Job Description

    Our Business Unit, IDEMIA Public Security, is a global leader in biometric solutions that enhance movements, access, and security.

    We are looking for a Program Director to lead our Travel & Transport division. In this key role, you will drive the strategy and implementation of various programs, fostering growth and success for IDEMIA's innovative travel and transport solutions in collaboration with government entities.

    The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing a significant government program, ensuring successful outcomes and adhering to all objectives. You will guide the strategic direction, manage stakeholders, and ensure financial performance and compliance throughout the project lifespan.

    In addition, you will:

    • Manage customer relationships, serving as IDEMIA's main contact point to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.
    • Coordinate with customers to ensure compliance, enabling effective project execution.
    • Lead IDEMIA's program team, offering guidance and support to achieve goals and meet customer requirements.
    • Provide vision and guidance to stakeholders to align with program objectives.
    • Monitor program performance, manage risks, and collaborate with project managers to address issues.
    • Handle the program's financial aspects, forecast revenue, and uphold contract terms.

    To thrive in this role, you should have:

    • Proven experience in managing complex technical programs.
    • Strong IT background in system integration.
    • A customer-focused mindset with a knack for identifying business opportunities.
    • Experience in the aviation sector.
    • Financial management skills.

    Note: UK HO SC clearance is required for this position.
