    The Role

    Responsibilities include:
    • Leading the Technology Transformation by collaborating on the delivery of key Strategic Objectives
      • Participating in the development and communication of corporate technology strategies and objectives
      • Partnering with business leaders to align technology strategies with overall corporate goals
      • Implementing best practices to execute complex initiatives involving multiple teams and regions
    • Establishing a top-notch transformation operating model and organization
      • Cultivating a motivating work environment that fosters accountability and rewards performance
      • Setting clear objectives and performance indicators
      • Promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge

    All about you
    • Demonstrated track record of surpassing goals and a focus on results
    • Ability to make informed decisions balancing program delivery with budget constraints
    • Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate future trends and consequences
    • Effective communicator with strong leadership and team-building skills
    • Commitment to ethical and transparent leadership
    • Experience in the payments sector preferred
    • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication abilities
    • Skilled at building consensus among diverse stakeholders
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or relevant experience
    • Prior experience in strategy or technology consulting
