    Description


    Are you an experienced Sister/Charge Nurse looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading provider of independent healthcare in the UK, is on the hunt for a dedicated and motivated Sister/Charge Nurse to join theirteam at a renowned hospital in Glasgow.


    This full-time role offers an attractive salary of up to £41,840 per annum, flexible shift patterns and the chance to work within a friendly and motivated team.

    As a Sister/Charge Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
    Maintaining consistently high standards of patient care in accordance with agreed operational policies and procedures.
    Promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of all patients, employees and consultants.

    Acting as an advocate for safeguarding patients and demonstrating the courage to speak up when there are concerns about care.

    Conducting yourself professionally within the standard and framework provided by the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) Codes of professional Conduct and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

    As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you will receive:
    An annual salary of up to £41,940
    25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service.
