    About the Role and Company

    Join NHS 24, Scotland's primary provider of national tele-health and tele-care services. We offer round-the-clock health advice and information, ensuring the well-being of the Scottish population. Our Clydebank Regional Contact Centre is currently seeking Senior Charge Nurses.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team with clinical expertise
  • Implement performance management and mentorship programs
  • Ensure compliance with clinical governance policies
  • Manage the NHS 24 virtual service and operational environment
  • Deliver safe, effective, patient-centered care
  • Support recruitment and research projects

    • Requirements:

  • Valid nursing qualification and registration
  • Extensive post-registration experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards and practices
  • Proven leadership and analytical skills
  • Motivated to enhance patient care
  • Experience in resource planning

    • Benefits and Working Hours

    We offer a competitive salary package for a permanent position. Earn between £46,244 - £53,789 as a Band 7 Nurse. Additionally, you'll receive salary enhancements for working unsocial hours. The hourly rates vary based on the shift schedule.

  • Basic Hourly Rate: £23.65
  • Saturday / After 8pm Hourly Rate: £30.75
  • Sunday / Public Holiday Hourly Rate: £37.84
