- Prepare and coordinate DDQs and RFPs responses
- Liaise with portfolio managers, sales, finance and legal teams to prepare responses to clients in a timely manner
- Assist in the production of presentation materials
- Work closely with investment teams to provide communication and updates during fundraising processes
- Organise and coordinate onsite meetings for clients
- Manage CRM systems
- Strong educational background with previous experience in RFP writing, investor relations, client services and fundraising support
- Prior exposure to and knowledge of private markets strategies is required
- Ability to multi-task, team-player attitude and a desire to work on a wide range of projects and manage them effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships, internally and externally
