    Job Title: Solution Architect - ServiceNow

    Location: Birmingham and London, Hybrid.

    Salary Range: £80,000 - £95,000

    What they look for in a Solution Architect - ServiceNow

    They are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Solution Architect.

    You will be the primary technical authority, guiding ServiceNow projects through design, development, and implementation phases.

    Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that their solutions align with best practices, scalability and performance standards. You will collaborate closely with prospects, clients and

    cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical

    solutions, and drive the overall scoping and implementation process.

    • Lead the architectural design and technical delivery of ServiceNow projects, providing expert guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and requirements, and architect effective ServiceNow solutions.
    • Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices, scalability, and performance standards.
    • Oversee the development, configuration, and customisation of ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.
    • Support thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and functionality of implemented solutions.
    • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, engagement managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, providing technical insights, recommendations and out-the-box demonstrations.
    • Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and trends, and provide strategic recommendations on their application within client environments.
    • Lead knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to clients and internal teams on ServiceNow architectural principles and best practices.

    • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow technical consultant, with a strong focus on leading architectural design and implementation projects.
    • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and components, with proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions.
    • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for ServiceNow development and customisation.
    • Strong leadership and management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results.
