    Description

    Overview

    hVIVOare currently seeking an addition to our Data Entry team to workacross our London sites in Whitechapel Canary Wharf EastLondon.

    hVIVO conducts human challenge studiesoffering services to both pharmaceutical and biotechnologycompanies using a range of different clinical trial methodologies.The end goal of our clinical trials is to potentially eradicatecommon illnesses like the common cold and flu completely or atleast make treatment of them as easy and effective as possible.Volunteers are central to the work that we do. Our studies focus ontesting new treatments on real people in a safe controlled clinicalenvironment.

    The Data Entry team ensure accurateentry of study data into data management systems and provideadministrative assistance to the Data Associate/Project DataManager on assigned studies.

    This is for a zerohours contract initially and the pay rate is 12/hour. Thesuccessful candidate can expect to work full time hours and a goodfull time availability isrequired.

    MainResponsibilities

    • Toenter data into source data collection system/ clinical datamanagement system;
    • To check data alreadyentered is accurate and consistent with the original sourcedata;
    • To ensure quality control of dataentry;
    • To complete update and maintain spreadsheets and tracking systems as required;
    • Toreport progress of data entry data reviews and query status to theProject Data Manager/Senior Manager Data Management;
    • To assist in the timely resolution of dataqueries;
    • Provide support to the DataAssociates and Project Data Managers for their assignedprojects.

    SkillsExperiences

    • Goodorganisational skills
    • Familiarity with medicalterminology
    • Ability to work within a projectteam with minimal supervision
    • Good knowledgein ICHGCP and other relevant regulations/guidelines
    • Good attention to detail
    • A goodworking knowledge of Microsoft Officeprogrammers.
