    Description

    As a Learner Acquisition Executive you will help us find emerging talent. You will source candidates through attraction campaigns and then set them on the route towards their dream careers. You will cover the full recruitment lifecycle. Starting with building relationships with prospective learners and understanding their needs. Pair that with building employer relationships, crafting brilliant adverts, advertising them on suitable platforms, then being responsible for interviewing candidates and directing them to the right opportunity.

    Please note - this is a part-time opportunity for 3-4 days per week.

    Whilst we can't promise that every day will be the same, your keyresponsibilities are likely to be:

    - Understanding our customer's needs – both candidates and employers, including timeframes, circumstances and culture fit
    - Creating a range of job adverts, including where appropriate liaising directly with our marketing team to ensure high-quality attraction campaigns
    - Sourcing candidates from a range of sources including strategic partners, job boards and other sector or client-specific sources
    - Undertaking CV based sifting before calling candidates to check their eligibility and suitability
    - Using sector expertise to provide sound information, advice and guidance and refer candidates to the right learning solution
    - Supporting successful candidates through the enrolment process for both Realise and their new employer
    - Attending relevant events to attract new candidates and build Realise's market presence

    About You - You will have a proven recruitment background, including interviewing experience – essential
    - Training sector experience – desirable
    - Experience building and developing B2B partnerships - desirable
    - Desire to support people into sustainable work
    - Enjoy working in a goal-driven environment and working to targets
    - Great attention to detail and adaptable to change
    - Honest and genuine team member

    You can expect a one-stage interview process for this position,which will compromise of: A one-hour formal interview, likely on Teams, where wewill ask you a series of competencyand behavioural questions.
