    FIXED TERM CONTRACT 13 MONTHS | STARTING MAY OR JUNE 2024
    This multinational FTSE100 giant holds a key position in several distinct industrial markets.

    With operations in every continent, it delivers branded products and high value commodities to multinational corporate customers all over the world.

    As part of a large Global Tax Team, you will enjoy a flexible working model and be able to work both from home and in the heart of London.

    This interim role focuses on the delivery of UK corporate tax compliance, tax reporting and tax advisory for local operating companies.

    Reporting to the Regional Tax Director, and working closely with the UK Tax Manager, you will be responsible for:

    Management of UK corporate tax returns using Alphatax software
    Assist with tax accounting, addressing statutory tax reporting issues for the UK tax team
    Handle other UK compliance submissions, including the Group Allowance Allocation Statement and management of UK group relief
    Assisting with UK withholding tax returns
    Supporting the provision of input into UK tax policy development
    Supporting the management of relationships with UK external stakeholders, including day to day interactions with HMRC including tax audits

    Supporting the UK tax team with tax issues on dividend management, intra-group funding management and other ad hoc tax matters.

    UK corporate tax trained, Big 4 or Top Tier
    Able to start a new contract in May or June 2024
    Proven UK corporate tax compliance experience, ideally in a large complex group
    Previous experience of using Alphatax software
    Able to work in the office at least 2 days every week
