    Are you an analytical, detail-orientated, and adaptable Production Planner seeking a new opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Join NP Aerospace as our Production Planner , where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely production of our goods.

    In this role, you'll expertly manage material planning, ensuring the delivery of all purchase order requirements to support production plans and sales targets.

    Additionally, you'll assess manpower, equipment, and raw material needs to meet production demand, collaborating closely with all functions to ensure efficient and timely plan delivery.

    We are looking for an individual who possesses a good understanding of QAD and demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Access.

    The ideal candidate should be adept at compiling databases, creating pivot tables, and generating charts.

    Additionally, effective communication and planning skills are essential for this role, along with practical problem-solving abilities. Discretionary Half Year Bonuses

    Create and maintain Production Plans across all product lines to ensure efficient delivery to customer demands.
    # Ensure the labour requirements are monitored and kept up to date to ensure cost-effective production.
    # Ensure materials are available to meet the demands of the production plan by working closely with procurement.
    # Support the production team to deliver the plan as required.
    # Support and report progress in business reviews, including planning meetings, project reviews, and daily shop floor meetings.
    # Effective material planning process implemented and supporting production plans for customer demands.
    Streamlined and controlled production and labour plans.

    Experience of working within a fast-paced production environment.
