- Understanding design issues and being able to close them out.
- Understanding of commercial & financial implications with final sign off lying with the Senior Operations Manager
- Using the main contractors information platforms like 4P & Bim360.
- Issuing RFI's and closing out.
- Understanding of equipment & schedules so tech sub's can be issued and actioned.
- Producing standard programmes.
- Reviewing client documentation and actioning.
- Understanding of the procurement process.
- You'll be handling variations on projects so you will need to be able to gather the information and put together variations.
- You will be setting up project information folders
- You will need to be flexible in your approach to the role as you will be managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Mechanical qualifications in building services construction
- Previous experience delivering projects £2m - £5m
- Previous experience delivering commercial, residential or education projects
