- You will have experience working within an educational environment and/or with young people, ideally within a Further Education/Post 16 environment
- You will have qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE) or equivalent
- You will have a Level 2 qualification in Guidance/Counselling or similar
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be able to work with respect and confidentiality
