    Description

    Job Description

    Locke & McCloud are working closely with a client based Leeds who are looking for a Head of Cyber to ensure the integrity of our client's digital infrastructure and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and shape the Cyber Security Strategy to align with key stakeholders.
    • Manage the design and execution of a programme of work to deliver security improvements aligned with the Cyber Security Strategy.
    • Align with industry frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001 & Cyber Essentials).
    • Manage all areas of Cyber security including policy/governance, threat assessment, identity & access management, vulnerability management, security administration (patch management), user engagement and SOC management.

    About you:

    • Experience as a Head of Cyber Security or Director of Cyber Security role.
    • Excellent technical understanding of Cyber Security and industry good practice.
    • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
    • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.
