    Description

    We're on the lookout for an experienced Home Manager to join a leading care home provider in Aberdeen. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality care and have a strong understanding of care standards and regulations, this could be the perfect role for you

    This role offers a fantastic salary of £65,000, along with a host of benefits including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and homemade meals whilst on shift. Not only that, but you'll also have access to award-winning learning and development opportunities.

    Our client is one of the UK's largest care home providers, specialising in residential, nursing, and dementia care. They're dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care and providing a great environment for both residents and staff.

    As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:

    • Overseeing the daily management of a medium sized nursing home
    • Ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations
    • Managing budgets and financial planning
    • Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team.
    • Liaising with residents, families, and health professionals

    The ideal Home Manager will have:

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Background working in an elderly care setting.
    • An NMC Pin is Essential
    • Proven evidence of Good or Very Good Care Inspectorate inspections
    • A great understanding of Care Inspectorate regulations
