    Location : Croydon, UK

    Job Type : Full-time, Monday to Friday

    Hydro Cleansing Limited is a leading provider of environmental services to clients across the UK. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

    Responsibilities :

  • Allocate projects to engineers, drivers, and other team members based on their availability and expertise.
  • Liaise with engineers, drivers, and account managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our clients.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Ensure that all project-related paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during projects.
  • Monitor our bespoke and world-class vehicles using software suites such as Samsara to ensure they are running efficiently and track their location.
  • This role requires a considerable amount of multitasking
  • Skills :

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar coordinator role.
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
