- Proven experience in managing maintenance operations for main machinery, shaft alignment, props, and engines.
- Strong track record of supporting Mechanical installation, testing, and commissioning, with proven experience within a supervisory or managerial role.
- Extensive knowledge of Mechanical systems, equipment, controls, and installation practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing Mechanical installation and safety practices.
- Solid understanding of installation best practices and industry standards.
- Strong background in the understanding of Health & Safety regulations and procedures
- Understanding and able to work with Quality procedures and process
- Bachelors Degree within an relevant discipline
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and coach team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
